Refund and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without obligation to provide reasons.

How to request a return
The return can be requested exclusively by filling out the form available on the page:

After completing the form, the customer will receive detailed instructions to proceed with the return.

Return conditions
The product must be returned:

• Intact and unused
• In the original packaging
• Complete with all accessories included

The return shipment must take place within 14 days from the date of request.

Return costs
The Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept shipments with cash on delivery or with costs at our expense.

Reimbursement
Once we have received and verified the product, we will refund the amount paid. within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer when ordering.
The Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect attributable to the seller.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Customized or made-to-measure products
• Damaged or used products
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and that have been opened
