Shipping Regulations

1. Processing and Shipping Times

All our glass products are handcrafted in our atelier in Murano.

Processing times: until 5-7 working days for safe preparation and packaging.
Shipping times:
- Italy: 2-4 working days
- European Union: 4-8 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-15 working days

Times may vary depending on destination and order volume, especially during holiday periods.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package size and final destination.

The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.
For orders over a certain amount (e.g. €300), the shipping can be free (if the promotion is active).

3. Packaging and Safety

All items are packaged with special protective materials to ensure the integrity of the glass during transport.
Any damage during transport must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the package, attaching photos of the damage.

4. Digital Products

If your purchase includes digital products (e.g. certificates, downloadable files or virtual experiences):

The download will be available immediately after payment via link sent by email.
The download link will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to track your shipment.

6. Duties and Taxes for Foreign Countries

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are charged to the customer and vary according to the destination country.
